Fury gets a new trailer!

Wednesday, Aug 20, 2014

A brand new and explosive trailer for Fury is out:

If you thought Brad Pitt’s upcoming flick, Fury, was explosive, you ain’t seen nothing yet!

A new trailer for the actor’s highly anticipated film was released Tuesday that gives a realistic look at what the military faced in World War ll.

As bombs explode and shots are fired, Pitt reminds his partners that “ideals are peaceful. History is violent.”

His words of wisdom, however, are quickly put to the side when the enemy overcomes Pitt and his five-man crew.

“It will end soon. But before it does, a lot more people have gotta die,” Pitt proclaims to co-stars Shia LaBeouf, Jon Berthal, Scott Eastwood, Logan Lerman and Michael Peña. “We haven’t run before, so why we gonna run now?”

For those wondering if the harsh battle scenes are the real deal, just ask Peña himself.

“We were all insane people filming that,” Peña told E! News exclusively. “The set was crazy chaotic. Everybody was really, really dedicated.”

And what did he think of Pitt serving as his army sergeant?

“That guy’s a pro,” Peña gushed. “Not only is he a good actor but he’s also got great ideas on the producing end—how to tell the story better.”

See for yourself when Fury hits theatres on Oct. 17, 2014.

Mgarr-ix Xini beach in Gozo was closed to the public Sunday for filming of Brangelina’s first movie together since ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’

Angelina Jolie’s By the Sea will start shooting today on a picturesque beach in Malta, reports The Malta Independent.

The beach was closed to the public Sunday for filming, running through Nov. 10 this year. The Malta Independent says that set construction is well underway with one structure on the beach nearing completion.

By the Sea will be the first time Pitt and Jolie have appeared onscreen together since 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Universal picked up the worldwide rights to the drama, and sources close to the production told The Hollywood Reporter that a key plot detail in the film would see Pitt’s and Jolie’s characters getting married.

The film won’t be the first time Pitt has shot a movie in the Maltese Islands, as both the Greek epic Troy from 2004 and the zombie apocalypse thriller World War Z from 2013 were filmed in Malta.
